Centaurus Class of 1991 20 Year Reunion - Cost and Information

Hello Classmates! Here are the details about the reunion this summer. 

Please fill out the Reunion Registration Form (under "File" click "Print PDF") and send it, along with your payment, back to us by Friday June 10, 2011. 

The cost for each class member to attend any portion of the reunion weekend is $10.00. There is an additional cost of $35 per person* to attend the Saturday dinner.

Louisville Downtown Street Faire

6:00 - 9:00 p.m. 

There will be live music, children’s activities, arts, crafts and more. The faire runs from
5:00 - 10:00 p.m. We’ll have a tent in the Library parking lot from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m.
Come and go as you please. Please do not bring your own food or drinks. There will be plenty of opportunities to purchase food & beverages from local vendors.

Saturday July 30, 2011 

Reunion Dinner ~ Indian Peaks Golf Course, Tent Pavilion 
$35 per person*

6:00 - 10:00 p.m.

Bring the entire family and your own food and beverages.

All registration forms and payment need to be sent to us by Friday June 10, 2011.
*Late or at-the-door registration for the Saturday dinner will cost $45 per person. (There will only be a limited number of these available.)
